6 Best Features of Samsung Galaxy S8 You Need to Know About

Samsung galaxy s8 features yo need to know

It has been a while now since the Samsung Galaxy S8 has been launched and there was a large number of buyers for this phone. The leaks and rumors of the phone have been spreading all over the internet before the phone was released which made the fans go even more crazy for the phone. At the time of launch, the phone did exceptionally well with a brilliant set of features and a look which is pure elegance.

However, at some points, the phone was lacking the expectations of the fans. In other words, among some positive and awesome reviews, the phone was also criticized by some of the users. People were really hyped to see how the Samsung Galaxy S8 will perform in the era of next-gen smartphone technology.

On the other hand, the flagship phone from Samsung was worth the wait and there was a whole new level of excitement when the phone was uncovered at the launch. Check out how the Samsung Galaxy S8 did in the international market and the reviews of the features from its fans.

Cost and Availability:

The phone is pretty reasonable talking about the price and the set of features you get to enjoy within the money you are paying. Also, the pre-orders of the phone was also an option for the diehard fans of the Samsung Galaxy S series and people who ordered the phone even before its release date seem to be pretty satisfied with what they have got.

Both the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus were available in the market by 19 April and we monitored some heavy sales for both of the mobiles. The phone comes with all its accessories and a couple of USB-C adapters and a headphone with extra tips.

Design:

When we discuss the style and look of the Samsung phones, the Samsung Galaxy S7 was the most good looking and elegant phone so far. Not to be surprised, Samsung just made some changes in the Galaxy S7 and minor improvements for the Galaxy S8. A big change was the edge screen in both of the models so you don’t have to go for the plus one to enjoy the experience.

Samsung S8 has almost the same size as the Galaxy S7 but the screen size is a bit larger in the case of the new Samsung Galaxy S8. They increased the screen size from 5.1 to 5.8 without making any noticeable changes in the size of the phone which make the display 83% of the phone which is pretty new and awesome feature by Samsung. The home button was also changed from visible to inside display now which is pretty good too. The headphone jack of the phone was also shifted back to the bottom of the phone which is highly appreciated by the fans.

The glass back feature is also a brand new thing in the S8 but it is obvious that is not as strong as a metal back. The chances of the phone getting a crack by falling from a height can be avoided with the help of a metal cover which is available easily and in a range of design and colors.

Processor:

Since the predecessor of the Galaxy S8 didn’t do much good for the performance aspect, the company decided to go strong this time by putting one of the best processors in the Galaxy S8. The new Samsung Galaxy S8 has an Exynos 9 8895 chip instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon. The octa-core processor of the Samsung Galaxy S8 has a clock speed of 2.3 GHz with a Mali G71 GPU. Also, the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is rumored to be launched later this year and it is expected to have even better features than the Galaxy S8 which was launched earlier this year. Samsung assured the fans that the performance speed of the phone will be at least 10% better than the previous ones. The performance of Samsung’s flagship phone is a critical point because if it doesn’t do well as expected, the company will have to face some serious troubles.

Camera:

The camera of Samsung Galaxy S8 is not much different from the Galaxy S7 with the resolution and it will feature a 12 MP camera with 4k recording option. The new processor of the phone also makes it possible to do a better recording and getting some reality like captures with the brilliant camera resolutions.

OS:

The OS of the new Samsung Galaxy S8 is Android 7.0 Nougat which is the latest Android version so far. However, the phone does have the option to upgrade the software version in future since the processor and other specifications of the phone are pretty good.

Bixby:

Like iPhone, Samsung finally decided to introduce the very first AI assistant named as Bixby. The AI assistant is totally different from Google Voice Search and it is pretty much similar to Siri from iPhone in features. The S8 have a special button below the volume key to access Bixby which is a pretty odd feature by the company. Maybe the reason was to make it more easy and useful and the fans are also not complaining about it too which is a pretty good thing.
